In November 2021, Profound Books in Bramley, Johannesburg held the first book fair on their premises since the lockdown began in 2020. I was given a stand in the shade by the swimming pool and set up my many books. The event was well attended by authors and visitors alike and many were starved for books and book talk. I was one of the two best-selling authors and apart from losing my spectacles, I very much enjoyed the contact with readers and other authors.
