Buchvorstellung in Hamburg

Hier sind ein paar Bilder, die bei meiner letzten Lesung im Juli in Deutschland aufgenommen wurden. Vorgestellt wurde mein erster Afrika-Roman "Singende Eidechsen". Im Publikum waren Leser aus Finnland, Brasilien, Syrien und Deutschland vertreten. Nach der Hitze in Süddeutschland, wo ich meine Fantasy-Jugendbücher vorstellte, machte mir das kalte Wetter im hohen Norden schon ein wenig zu schaffen. Vielen Dank an Corinna Benthack an der Bücherhalle Blankenese, die die Lesung organisierte. Es machte grossen Spass, Fragen über Afrika zu beantworten.

Jetzt geht es mit Lesungen in Südafrika weiter.

Have a look at some pictures, taking during my last reading in Germany in July. I introduced the German translation of my first Africa-novel "Singing Lizards". Among the readers attending the event were readers from Finland, Brasil, Syria and Germany. After the blistering heat in Southern Germany, where I introduced my fantasy-youth-books, the cold northern climate came as a bit of a shock. Many thanks to Corinna Benthack of Buecherhalle Blankenese, who organised the reading. I had lots of fun, answering questions and discussing Africa.
